Delivery Information
No matter where you live in Australia, you can get a great deal delivered straight to your door with Roof Rack City. We have no hidden fees, just standard delivery charges based on the weight of your order. All delivery charges will be shown throughout the process for your peace of mind.
We use express delivery, so most standard sized orders are delivered to any address right across Australia within 3-8 business days! The number of days may vary when products are sent to a more remote location.
Dispatching your order
Provided your items are in-stock and payment has been received we will dispatch your order from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock we will back order it for you.
Receiving your order
All orders must be signed for, so please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address. If there is no one there the courier will leave a note and will either attempt to deliver it again or will leave the package at your local Australia Post office for collection.
